Our Hassle-Free Catering Process
At Queen Bee Kitchen, we understand that hosting an event, big or small, should be a joy, not a stress. Whether it’s a sophisticated dinner party, a charming backyard wedding, or a corporate meeting requiring boxed lunches, we are here to ensure everything goes smoothly. Specializing in gatherings of up to 200 people, we're your go-to for all your catering needs.
Step 1 (Consultation): Start by filling out our easy event questionnaire. This helps us get to know the unique requirements and details of your event. Based on this, we can recommend the perfect menu, or you can take your pick from our wide range of options available on our site. For your convenience, a downloadable PDF menu is also provided depending on which service you are interested in
Step 2 (Proposal): After you’ve made your menu selections, we’ll put together a detailed proposal. This will cover all the costs and every aspect of the service we’ll be providing for your event.
Step 3 (Contract): Happy with the proposal? Great! We’ll then draw up a contract for you and outline all the necessary payment and deposit details.
Step 4 (Booking): Your event is officially booked once we receive your signed contract along with a 25% deposit of the total bill.
Payment Made Easy: We accept all major credit cards, cash, cashier's checks, corporate checks, money orders, QuickPay/Zelle, and PayPal for your convenience. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.
