EASY Spinach Dip!

HUNNY! When I tell you this is your potluck go-to! You will be invited to the party JUST to bring this dip!

Just take the complement! I used to be offended when I only got invited to bring food but the way people be cooking these days, I only eat my food at the party ANYWAY. lol

Let's get into the ingredients. To save a $ I get mostly store brand ingredients EXCEPT for when it comes to the vegetable mix and the mayo. Everything else, save the coins!

This is the Knorr Vegetable mix. I live in Indianapolis and they only place I find this is at Walmart and Meijer in the SOUP isle. Not where the dip mixes are. Using this mix includes ALL the seasonings. PERIOD. No measuring salt, garlic powder, onion powder and all that.

I always buy more packets than what I need just in case I need to season a little bit more. In my parts, each packet runs about $1.50

Let's talk about spinach...I use frozen spinach because it doesn't cook down on me. Fresh spinach is great but you just need SOOO much of it. Go ahead and use that unopened pack of spinach in the fridge before it goes bad! Anywho, I usually thaw my spinach in the fridge overnight

but you can use it in its frozen state you just have to cook it and make sure the water is cooked out. You don't want the spinach watery. Keep cooking, it will evaporate.

The rest of the ingredients are self explanatory, if you have questions, leave a comment! :)
